Vault Boy is the mascot of Vault Tec and has appeared in every Fallout game to date and even in other games such as RAGE and Run Like Hell.

Vault Boy appear in the representation of almost all perks, stats and equipment in the games of the Fallout series and is in many products within the universe of Fallout like Bobbleheads, Snow globes and puppets.
Vault Boy, not Pip-Boy[]
The official name of the Fallout series mascot was not decided until Bethesda bought the rights and made Fallout 3 which until that point had caused confusion even within the developers one example is his appearance as a follower in tactics which he is called pip-boy by the game.
